Mössbauer spectra and lifetime positron distributions are studied for BaPb 0.99− x Sn 0.01 Bi x O 3 samples with 0 ≦ x ≦ 0.4 containing Sn 119 as Mössbauer label. A correlation is observed between the dependence of room temperature parameters of Mössbauer and positron spectra on x and transition temperatures to superconducting state T c ( x ). The data obtained are interpreted in terms of bielectron transfer over bismuth centers.
