The method of evaluating of FMR and FMAR parameters in cubic metal crystals using the solution of resonance equations is discussed based on the precise measurement of the local demagnetizing field by means of EPR of the free radical DPPH. The temperature dependence of the effective g ‐factor of DPPH is determined between 3.5 and 300 K and a great influence of the DPPH sample shape is found.
