The temperature dependence of the electrical resistivity of Pr 0.25 La 0.75 Al 3 is investigated. The 4f part of the resistivity shows Kondo‐like behaviour. Using the experimental crystalline electric field splitting scheme and the Hamann factor, the 4f part of the resistivity can be fitted with the parameters ϱ   ex 0= 0.139 μΩ cm, T K = 83.5 K, and S = 0.004.
