The magnetic phase diagrams of a binary ferromagnetic alloy with positive nearest‐neighbour exchange interactions and competing easy‐axis and easy‐plane single‐ion anisotropies are investigated in the molecular field approximation, especially the possibility of random asperomagnetic and fan states at low temperatures. The spontaneous magnetization vectors for these states are aligned along the crystallographic axes and the transverse projections of atomic spins are frozen in an incoherent spin‐glass like manner.
