The specific heat and the electrical conductivity are calculated in the Hubbard model in Hartree‐Fock approximation (HFA) for an antiferromagnetic ordering and for arbitrary band filling using the antiferromagnetic solutions which are found in HFA and which are established with respect to the existence of double solutions of the Néel temperature in the framework of a theory taking into account fluctuations of the spin.
