A general theory is given of dynamical X‐ray diffraction on a superlattice. The approach is based on an analysis of the solution of the Takagi equation system. Diffraction for two types of super‐lattices: T « ∧ and T ≈ ∧. ( T period of superlattice, ∧ extinction length) is considered. Angle position of satellites and their widths are essentially different from analogous results of the kinemetical theory.
