The parameters of a spherical surface barrier with refraction for the particles sputtered from Cu single crystals are computer calculated. Use is made of the method of straightforward simulation of the surface atom ejection in the field of the near‐surface block of atoms. The interactions of the atoms are described by a Morse potential.
