The proton motion in hydrogen bonded quasi‐one‐dimensional molecular chains is investigated It is shown that elementary processes in one‐dimensional ice lattice are nonlinear autolocalized collective exitations which can spread over macroscopic distances retaining the energy, momentum, and charge. The results obtained can be used to explain some phenomena in biological systems.
