The interaction of a sound wave and a movable domain structure which appears near orientational phase transitions of the first‐order type is considered. The viscous friction is taken into account. The wavelength is considered as being comparable with the domain structure period. The spectrum of magnetoelastic oscillations is calculated, it has a zone character. The evolution of the spectrum branches is investigated when the natural frequency of the domain wall oscillations changes. The attenuation and reflection of sound waves caused by the redistribution of energy between the direct and reverse waves are studied.
