Level Ordering in II 3 ‐‐V 2 Semiconducting Compounds

The quasicubic model as well as the known value of the crystal field splitting of Cd 3 As 2 are used to calculate this splitting in other II 3 –V 2 compounds. The ordering of p‐like levels at the Γ‐point is determined and compared with recently available experimental data.
