The theory of interwell and intrawell relaxation is developed. Numerical calculation of appropriate transition propabilities is realized. It shows relaxation dependence on temperature and two‐well system parameters. On the basis of the same theory two specific experimental effects (the appearance of “multiplets” in quasi‐line spectra and “hole‐burning”) are analyzed.
