The intensity‐dependent dielectric function is calculated from the photon self‐energy taking into account the two‐photon generation and autoionization (Fano effect) of biexcitons. The polariton density is determined self‐consistently as a function of the intensity, frequency, and space using the concept of the energy transport velocity. Two‐photon absorption spectra are calculated which are in good agreement with recent experiments.
