A dispersion relation is obtained and studied. It follows from the relation that at low temperatures in the flop‐field region the studies of effects due to a coupling between electron and nuclear spin vibrations as well as effects due to a strong coupling between electrons and lattice vibrations substantially depend on the fact whether one takes or does not take into account sound interactions with the nuclear spin subsystem. The influence is shown of anisotropy of the relativistic part of magnetostriction on the character of the orientational phase transformations and the value of the NMR amplification coefficient.
