The non‐Markovian kinetic equations describing the interaction of two multi‐particle subsystems are defined and an approximate calculation procedure of the electron—phonon crystal system wave functions in an external electromagnetic field is suggested. A kinetic non‐Markovian equation for the electron density matrix is derived on the basis of results obtained without using perturbation theory. The general solution of the non‐Markovian kinetic equation describing multiphoton processes and the high‐frequency oscillations of the electron distribution function is obtained for the case of weak binding.
