Energy of Magnetic Anisotropy and Reduction Symmetry of Crystals

Using the properties of reduction symmetry of the crsytals, the expressions for the energy of magnetic anisotropy (MA) for almost all symmetry groups are given. The newly introduced constants of the MA are calculated for some magnetic materials and the relationships between these constants and the constants generally used are given. The rules of behaviour of the new constants of MA in some crystals are analysed.
