An exactly solvable model for amorphous ferromagnets is presented. The model shows that random fluctuations of the exchange integral around its crystalline mean value cause an increase of the Curie temperature. In addition to the influence of fluctuations of the exchange integrals on the magnetization σ( T ), the susceptibility χ( T ), and the magnetic part of the specific heat C v ( T ) is investigated. The results correspond to those obtained by the mean field approximation.
