Based on the stability considerations, performed in part I, experimental data of zero field susceptibility of AuFe or EuSrS can be fitted relatively well over large temperature intervals By this fitting the magnetic field dependence of the susceptibility as well as the magnetization are obtained with the correct tendency. On the other hand, the resulting specific heat does not agree with the experimental data.
