EPR measurements are made on blue luminescent, Pb‐doped ZnS single crystals after excitation with light of 365 nm wavelength. The results are discussed in terms of a model similar to the ZnS A‐centre model assuming a ZnS vacancy associated with a neutral Pb 2+ impurity on next cation site.
