A method for generating of special points in the Brillouin zone is suggested. This method is based on the “large unit cell” model and seems to be more general compared with those previously proposed. As an example, some sets of special points generated by this method for cubic crystals of class O h with face‐centred and body‐centred Bravais lattices are given.
