It is shown that the dipole–dipole part of the antiferromagnet Hamiltonian makes a small contribution both to the amplitudes of magnon–magnon interactions and to the coefficients of magnon damping. Possible relaxation mechanisms explaining the temperature‐independent part of damping, which is observed in the experiment, are proposed.
