The modifications of the dispersion relation of the spin waves are calculated using two methods: the discrete method for the lattice model with exchange integral fluctuations in the form of δ‐correlated “white noise” and the phenomenological method for the continuous model with arbitrary correlation ranges of the fluctuations of the exchange parameters 1/ k 0 . A change in the character of the dispersion law ω( k ) occurs in the vicinity of the point k ≈ k 0 /2. The results which are obtained by these methods coincide in the long‐waves limit (at k <π/ a and k ≪ k 0 /2, respectively).
