The Curie temperature of the amorphous Heisenberg‐Ising ferromagnets with random distribution of exchange integrals, and the Curie, the Neél, and the spin glass transition temperatures of binary mixture of the ferro‐ and the antiferromagnetic bonds in the Heisenberg‐Ising magnets are calculated. Similarity and difference between the Heisenberg‐Ising models and Ising models are clarified.
