Magnetoplasma Effects in Bi and Semimetallic BiSb Alloys at 300 GHz

Experimental results on magnetoplasma phenomena in Bi and semimetallic BiSb alloys with Sb concentrations up to 6.8 at% are presented. The Voigt configuration and trigonal sample planes are used. The field configurations B ‖ C 2 ⟂ E rf and B ‖ C 1 ⟂ E rf are considered. The field positions for the dielectric anomaly and cyclotron masses are determined as functions of the Sb concentration.
