For the determination of the radiative recombination the configurational average for the majority impurities is calculated taking into account that the impurities fall on discrete sites. This gives only slight changes for the stationary behaviour in comparison with a completely random distribution while the kinetics is more affected. In addition the initial decay rate is examined.
