Diffusion of Laue spots in electron diffraction is studied with changing the crystal thickness and temperature. Multiple inelastic scattering with diffraction is taken into account by coupled diffusion equations including diffusion coefficients, which are calculated humerically by the same method developed in dechanneling theory. The asymmetrical diffusion observed experimentally between the diffraction direction and its transversal direction is in agreement with the theoretical results.
