The migration of exciton excitations in a crystal undergoing a second‐order phase transition is considered using the density matrix theory. Near the phase transition temperatures in a crystal appear large‐scale fluctuations of the order parameter at which, as shown, an exciton may be scattered additionally. An anomalous temperature dependence of the exciton diffusion coefficient in the critical region is predicted.
