An analysis of the electron properties of the charge‐ordered systems with the intraband attraction is given. Two models of these systems are assumed 1) an intraband attraction takes part in the formation both the charge ordering and pair correlation of the superconductive type; 2) only the interband interactions are responsible for the formation of the charge ordering. For these models the coexistence of the charge ordering and pair correlation problem is considered. The interaction parameter regions in which the coexistence occurs are found. The low‐lying collective excitation energies are calculated for the charge‐ordered state both, with pair correlation and without. The possible types of parametric instabilities of the charge ordered state are obtained.
