Cyclotron resonance experiments are described on Bi single crystals at 35 GHz. The temperature dependence of the linewidth of cyclotron resonance (CR) of the holes is discussed in detail on the basis of a lineshape analysis. At a temperature of about 5 K a peculiarity in the temperature dependence occurs which can be explained on the basis of hole scattering by phonons.
