The spin diffusion effect on the paramagnetic relaxation due to fast relaxing paramagnetic centres is investigated theoretically. The derived expressions for the relaxation rate take into account peculiarities of the Zeeman energy migration in a disordered spin systems and are valid for an arbitrary relation of the paramagnetic particle interaction between themselves and with the fast relaxing centres. The homogeneously and inhomogeneously broadened EPR spectra are considered and compared with the experiment.
