The resistivity of semi‐metallic bismuth‐antimony alloys and tellurium‐ or tin‐doped bismuth specimens is studied in a temperature range from 1.8 to 77 K. Typical dependences of the specific resistivity ϱ( T ) as a function of Fermi energy are conceivable on the basis of an electron‐phonon scattering theory.
