The effective Hamiltonian of electrons and holes interacting via the Coulomb law and through exchange by virtual longitudinal optical phonon is derived. On the ground of this Hamiltonian the correction to the biexciton dissociation energy is obtained. In GaAs the interaction of electrons and holes with the lattice affects favourably the biexciton stability.
