Thermal properties and Grüneisen parameters of gold using Toya's first principle approach

The phonon frequencies and Grüneisen parameters are calculated for different values of the phonon wave vector in the three principal symmetry directions for gold using Toya's first principle approach. The average value of the Grüneisen parameter γth is also calculated for different temperatures and the results are compared in the light of available experimental and theoretical results.
