The fluctuations in electron‐phonon systems in the presence of a long‐wavelength electromagnetic radiation field are investigated. For obtaining the correlation functions of electromagnetic fluctuations a microscopic formalism is proposed in the framework of the random phase approximation. It is shown that the level of collective fluctuations increases anomalously when approaching the borderline of the parametric instability region.
