Possible phenomenological treatments of Kondo‐like behavior in non‐dilute metallic systems are described. The approach is a “dilution” treatment of non‐dilute alloys in which moment clusters are considered as approximate single impurity magnetic moments. Possible consequences of this phenomenological approach are briefly discussed.
