A new method is proposed which makes it possible to apply the boson picture to ferromagnetics at high temperatures. A result of such an approach is the appearance of an additional level that leads to a phase transition from the ferromagnetic to the antiferromagnetic phase which takes place in the majority of rare earths. It is also shown that the boson picture of the ferromagnetics yields a richer physical content than the other, usual ones. Its main consequence leads to the conclusion that the Heisenberg model of ferromagnets works best to weak ferromagnetics (mainly rare earths).
