In the presence of electron‐phonon interaction the dc conductivity of off‐diagonal random alloys is calculated in a modified CPA including vertex corrections. The numerical conductivity results reflecting realistic features of the model used depend strongly on off‐diagonal randomness and temperature. The combined effect of electron‐phonon scattering and statistical correlations can provide localization of minority‐band states.
