Inclusion of the vectorpotential in the k · p ‐perturbation method leads to additional terms in the current operator and scattering probabilities for conduction electrons. These are calculated for high magnetic fields (where nondegenerate statistics prevail) for δ‐function‐like impurity potentials. A reversal of sign in the Hall coefficient is obtained.
