Magnetic states of a disordered binary Heisenberg magnet, which is characterized (in the nearest neighbour approximation) by the exchange integrals: I AA > 0; I AB > 0; I BB < 0, are investigated. In the “mean” field approximation it is shown that in such an alloy below the transition temperature into the paramagnetic state ferromagnetic, antiferromagnetic, and noncollinear magnetic structures exist and that non‐trivial sequence of temperature phase transitions from one to another of these states may take place. Rather peculiar behaviour of spontaneous magnetization is obtained.
