Intraband conductivity and thermopower of a unipolar semiconductor with a slowly varying Gaussian random field are computed. The calculations are made on the basis of the Kubo formula and a semiclassical theory of the particle motion in a random field. Explicit expressions are obtained for the do conductivity, thermopower and mobility of the charge carriers under various conditions related to different physical situations. Comparison is made with the available experimental data.
