The spin wave resonance and mode spectrum in a deformed thin film are calculated in the the frame of the nearest neighbour approximation. The perturbations of the exchange integrals are related to the displacements of atoms from their equilibrium positions in a crystal lattice near both a free surface and a contact of the film with the substrate.
