For the conventional Hubbard model system, the static magnetic susceptibility and the local magnetic moments are studied by means of the functional integral technique. Expanding functional integrals in the lattice space, the magnetic susceptibility, and the local moment are represented by graph series. Looking for the dependence of magnetic properties on the parameters of the model Hamiltonian, a phase diagram is obtained. The stability of the phases is considered. For special parameter values of the model system the phase diagram can be compared qualitatively with the diagram obtained experimentally for V 2 O 3 .
