The influence of a magnetic field on polaritons in uniaxial polar semiconductors is investigated. Faraday and Voigt configurations are considered in various cases of the magnetic field orientation with respect to the crystal axis. It is found that the influence of the magnetic field is very essential; for example, the number of branches and of transparency regions are changed and the resonance frequencies become dependent on the magnetic field in the Faraday configuration.
