First excited librational eigenstates and energy eigenvalues are deduced in the tunneling approximation and listed for 〈100〉‐, 〈110〉‐, and 〈111〉‐oriented paraelectric defects sites of cubic symmetry. These supplement the existing listings for the librational ground states.
