Magnetic anisotropy energy and anisotropic magnetization of the non‐magnetostrictive Co—Fe alloy have been investigated between —60 and +40 °C. The anisotropic magnetization exhibits a broad maximum near —30 °C. The influence of surface effects is discussed. A good agreement between the results and literature data concerning magnetic anisotropy energy has been found.
