The spectrum of paraelectric resonance (PER) of an impurity noncentral ion in the vicinity of an electron centre (Li + in the A‐centre in KCl) is calculated. The effect of an external electric field E on the ENDOR spectrum is studied. The applied field E causes new angular dependences of the spectrum. It is shown that from a comparison between the calculated PER spectra, the constants of hyperfine interaction (HFI) and quadrupole interaction (QI), and the experiment one can determine a number of characteristics of the A‐centre electron and the noncentral impurity ion.
