The self‐energy of a disordered system, which is described as an ensemble average of non‐interacting electron systems of well‐defined configurations, is defined as a functional of the one‐particle funestion of the disordered systems as well as of the totality of its potential correlations by means of a functional‐differential equation. Relations to the theory developed in the first part of this series [1] are outlined.
