ENDOR measurements on Fe 3+ at substitutional lattice sites of SnO 2 show a well resolved superhyperfine interaction with the ten nearest Sn ligands and confirm a substitution of Sn 4+ by Fe 3+ . The isotropic and anisotropic parts of the interaction are obtained. The spin Hamiltonian parameters of ESR are redetermined at 4.2 °K.
