The galvanomagnetic properties of Bi 75– x Sb 25 As x solid solutions with As concentration up to 3 at% has been measured at 77 °K. The results are interpreted in terms of a two‐carrier multi‐valley band model. It is shown that the axial ratio of the electron and hole ellipsoids in the BiSbAs system is decreased in comparison with pure Bi and Sb. The shape of the Fermi surfaces of the electrons and holes in the BiSbAs alloy system is equal to that of Bi 75 Sb 25 .
