Electronic transport phenomena in organic materials have received considerable attention during the last years due to the emerging field of organic electronics. Technical applications of organic thin film devices and the potential use of molecules in integrated electronic circuits have been successfully demonstrated. This Special Section (pp. 780–858), guest‐edited by Matthias Hettler, Christian Lennartz, and Jens Pflaum, contains research results that have been presented at the DPG Physics School on Charge Transport in Organic Materials.
