We propose a generalized spectral conductivity model for combined delocalized and localized π‐states of low‐dimensional carbon to explain their temperature dependent conductivity and its crossover. This model also interprets the origin of weakly localized coherent transport in carbon super‐structures such as nano‐crystalline diamond and 2D carbon films. From the enhanced phase coherence length the unique microstructure of these films is revealed. The corresponding electron's dephasing time also shows their potential for fast electronic device applications. (© 2009 WILEY‐VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. KGaA, Weinheim)
